I've been eating pretty healthy for the past few weeks, except for what I ate at the bowling alley but I had no choice but to partake=)))).I had a nice and fattening dinner last night and I do believe I could feel the difference on my run this morning. I was wide awake and stayed in bed for about half an hour. Sleeping in was all I could think of. Finally decided to get up and walked outside but it was still too colder and dark. Got my water and my remote and I was able to run 2 and a half miles. If I only would have gotten out of bed earlier I would have been able to get my goal of 3 Miles in. My lovely Doggy may be feeling the effects of this long winter. She tried to get on the treadmill with me. Soooo cute!!! Last night I drove by someone with a safety light for runners. Seemed pretty bright so I may look into getting one.
Looking forward to sleeping in on Saturday and getting a nice long run in. It is suppose to be in the mid to high 40's. Yay!
Dinner!!!
My husband and I went to one of our favorite local restaurants for dinner and sat at the bar. I ordered a chicken sandwich from the bar menu (love the bar menu prices) and de-constructed it a bit. Had the cheese and sauce (think it was honey mustard or something like that) taken off, got veggies instead of fries and ate it without the bun. I ended up with the chicken, onions, mushrooms, broccoli, carrots and some rice on my plate. It was very tasty and I really didn’t feel like I missed anything. It was a win win!!!!

I can send you some good weather, oops not possible. I miss you girl. Keep up with the good work.
