Zoe's Tuesday Run 3.09.10
Monday I decided to go to Body Pump, it is a class at my gym that uses free weights to work out your body from head to toe. Needless to say I was sore on Tuesday. I tried running and was only able to get in one mile before the pain from my glutes caused me to stop. I had so much energy but the pain was just too much. I'm just out of shape. LOL!
