Jen's Tuesday Run 1.19.10

I got a kick out of this cartoon because this was my great debate.
Circles vs. Nowhere
After warming up on the bike for 15 minutes (going nowhere) I got on the treadmill (also going nowhere) where I was successfully able to complete 1.5 miles with very little discomfort! I was so excited! After stretching a little I decided to hit the track (going in circles) but was only able to get 8 laps in before I needed to stop but it was another .5 mile!

No strenuous excercise for me until next week - hoping I come back strong, refreshed and ready to run!
