Jen's Monday Run 2.15.10
I'M BAAAACK =) and ready to run, well very slowly. Some aches and pains during my 2.5 miles but nothing I didn't expect and finished in 30 minutes. I'm setting up a training plan this week and should be back on track soon. Next up on the agenda the Four Courts Four Miler in Arlington on March 13th! Now if we could just get the rest of the snow to vanish so Zoe and I can safely run outside again - that would be great!
